Margaretann Cuevas, 67, Verplanck Resident

Cuevas was employed by the Hendrick Hudson School District for many years and locally was a member of the Verplanck Ladies Auxiliary for almost 50 years, as well as a member of the Hudson Valley Ladies Auxiliary Fire Department. Cuevas is survived by her husband of 48 years, Cleofe Cuevas; daughter, Judy Gaudinier; son, Cleofe Cuevas Jr. and his wife Janet; daughter, Heather Schlurensauer and her husband Scott; siblings, Marion Perez, Dorothy Sebock, Patsy Mascalino and Beverly McCloskey; and grandchildren, Stephanie, Amanda, Justin, Miguel, Nicholas, Owen, April and Caylee.
