A 32-year-old Northern Westchester man is behind bars after state police say he first damaged a patrol car, then used a fence post to damage other vehicles and menace a neighbor Troopers were dispatched to Broadway and 14th Street in Verplanck on Thursday, Jan. 11 at approximately 9:10 p.m., for a report of a male screaming. Once on scene, troopers confronted Steven J. Cilento who they say approached and damaged the window of a patrol vehicle.
