On July 18, Greenburg was charged with one count of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, a Class "B" Felony . It is alleged that over the course of several years, Greenburg sexually assaulted a victim under the age of 13 at a residence in the Verplanck section of Cortlandt.
