Auto Accident at the Montrose Deli Leads to DWAI Charge for Verplanck Man

State police said troopers arrested Mero at about 6:15 p.m. Nov. 11 after a property-damage automobile accident in the parking lot of the Montrose Deli. A State Police Drug Recognition Expert was utilized to evaluated Mero and confirm that he was impaired, police said.
