Frances M. Grace of Country Meadows, Allentown PA, formerly of Ossining, Peekskill and Verplanck, died peacefully on Nov. 20, 2014 in Allentown, PA, she was 88. Frances worked as a secretary for General Motors in North Tarrytown and later was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, art and painting.
